General Description
The Handle and Firing Mechanism is used with the M224 (60mm) Mortar and allows the gunner to fire the mortar in its alternative handheld mode. The Handle and Firing Mechanism is attached to the Breech Cap of the M225 Cannon Assembly. The handle has a trigger, firing selector, and auxiliary carrying handle.
