General Description
The Collimating Telescope is used to check other instruments to ensure that the axis of their optical elements is properly aligned with their mechanical axis to focus eyepieces and to set diopter scales at infinity focus. It is designed so that the outer cylindrical surface is highly concentric with its optical axis.
The Collimating Telescope is used on the Azimuth Test Fixture, Cross Leveling Fixture, Optical Benches, etc.
